  • Not necessarily. Depending on the type of project, type of house and it’s location, you may not need planning permission for your project at all. Because of the permitted development route, a large proportion of residential projects do not require planning permission.
  • From the time the application has been submitted and registered by the local authority, the council is allowed up to 8 weeks to decide upon your application.

  • Absolutely. Irrespective which package you take, we will take 100% lead in dealing with the council on your behalf, throughout the entire process.
  • We have a 94% success rate in getting plans approved, so chances are that won’t be the case. In the event that plans are rejected you have the option to appeal the decision with an appeals specialist.
  • Building regulations are a set of rules that govern how things must be built, and they are mandatory. They ensure your home improvement is legal and safe and compliance to these building regulations must be shown on your plans.
